Refund and Cancellation

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

1. What should I do if the product is not what I ordered or has arrived broken?

If the product received is not what you ordered, or is broken, please fill in the Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of the product and return the product.

In Case of Return: You can either request a full refund or ask for a replacement. The returns shipping charges shall be refunded to you in the form of a coupon code (up to a maximum amount of Rs.200). The process of replacement may take 7 – 14 days.

Please note that the product should be returned in its original condition along with the original invoice and price tag/sticker/seal wrap intact on the product, with no visible marks of usage or wear and tear. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns and retain your proof of sending, as we will not accept responsibility if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

2. How will I get the refund on cancellation /returns?

We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. 

You will receive the refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment ie. Credit card/ cheque etc. Please allow 14 days from the receipt of the returns by us for further processing.

3. Can I cancel an order?

Yes, If the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any). However, once the order has been shipped, any request for cancellation shall incur a two-way return shipping costs, which shall be additionally borne by you.

If the item is Shipped:

Kindly email us at sales@koxtons.com  for any cancellation requests immediately. We will have the sole right to decide whether the order has been shipped or not.

If the item is not shipped:

If the item is not shipped then you can cancel the order by finding the Cancel option in Order or email us at sales@koxtons.com.
